The Easiest Homemade Crackers...
Ten minutes, soup to nuts!
Or in this case, unbaked to baked.
I found this recipe on Pinterest (link at bottom) - and it will be one I use often.
I think the author titles it Ridiculously Easy Olive Oil Crackers, or something like that. And nothing could be truer.
With only a handful of ingredients that include pre-bought Won Ton wrappers from the store, a handful of sea salt, some chopped fresh rosemary (or whatever your herb preference, including dried herbs), and olive oil, you’re good to go.
In most cracker recipes, the hardest part is getting the dough to paper thin. But with Won Ton wrappers…easy peasy.
If you like including a cheeseboard or charcuterie in your cocktail hour, these are perfect.
They’re also perfect because they are so quick to make. I literally read the recipe, got out my ingredients, prepped and baked, all within 10 minutes - 11 at the most.
So without wittering on, let me just say, you should try making these. Super easy, follow the recipe directions at the link below, and you’ll be snacking on crispy crackers before you know it.
Wrap them up for a small treat, add a tag or label…
The only thing that I did differently was to cut the Won Ton wrappers only once, so they made rectangular crackers. I also used dried Herbes de Provence on some of my crackers and they turned out just as good as using fresh herbs.
